It is sad to say that Foodbanks are becoming an ever increasing fixture, with more and more people using a Foodbank year on year. While these figures show the need for Foodbanks nationally, Rugeley is no different, with the Foodbank being accessed by more and more people in times of financial difficulties.
It is only through the generosity of the people of Rugeley and surrounding areas that we are able to continue to supply emergency food supplies to local people in crisis.
We are very grateful for all donations made. We are currently running very low on the following items:
Sandwich meat
Rice pudding
Long life orange juice
Tinned potatoes
Squash/cordial
Jam
Toiletries for gents and ladies including toilet rolls,shampoo, deodorant.
Donations can be made at Tesco, Co-op, local churches and Rugeley Community Centre.
