Thanks to the generosity of all our supporters, 2018 saw Rugeley Foodbank continue to help local people in crisis.
- During the year we provided 3-day emergency food supplies to 1558 people.
- Over 50% of the referrals to the Foodbank were due to changes or delays to paying benefits.
- We distributed over 15,000 kg of food to help 942 adults and 616 children.
All the food distributed is donated by local people. Thanks to your generosity we received over 16,000 kg of food over the year, including a whopping 1,700 kg from our pre-Christmas collection at Tesco Rugeley Superstore.
